Homemade granola only takes a few minutes to prep, plus it will cost you much less and taste so much better than the gourmet options you can find in store.
3 cups plain rolled oats
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup banana chips
1 cup sliced almonds
50g chopped dates
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat the oven at 150 degrees. In a bowl, combine the syrup and coconut oil, add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until golden and crunchy.
Let it cool completely before breaking the granola into pieces with your hands.
