Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Homemade chicken nuggets are much healthier and tastier than frozen or fast-food varieties and they're super quick and easy to make, too. Save time by doubling this recipe, so you have plenty of extra nuggets to stick in the freezer for future meals.
Ingredients (serves 4)
1/2 cup plain flour
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup breadcrumbs
500g chicken breasts cut into 3cm pieces
Olive oil spray
  1. Place the flour, whisked egg and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls. Season the flour with salt and finely ground white pepper.
  2. Coat each chicken piece into the flour and dip into the egg then roll in the breadcrumbs. Place on the lined tray and spray with oil.
  3. Air-fry or bake in preheated oven, flipping them over half way, for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
