Bread & butter pudding is a British classic, and the ultimate way to use up leftover bread. I still remember the first time I tried it as a kid. It’s warm custardy center sends me straight back to that moment each and every time I eat it. Sultanas or chocolate chips can also be added between bread layers for a change.
